My Flawless Ego was founded in 2022 by Destiny Akridge, known professionally as Tiny Shanelle. Based in Macon, Georgia, and now thriving in Virginia, the brand was born out of Destiny's passion for fashion, beauty, home decor, and self-care. With a desire to be her own boss and inspire women everywhere, she created Flawless Ego to represent confidence and empowerment in all areas of life. 

Destiny's journey began at Radford University, where she joined a Modeling and Dance group. This ignited her love for modeling and the beauty industry, leading her to relocate to Georgia to pursue her dreams. Over the years, she appeared in photoshoots, magazines, music videos, and fashion shows, falling in love with the world of fashion and beauty.

The idea for Flawless Ego grew from her desire to combine her love for style, beauty, and self-expression with a mission to help women feel flawless - inside and out.
