Thank you for purchases. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items to us for a full refund or store credit. 

• RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchased date. All returned items must be in unworn and undamaged condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

• RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at support@myflawlessego.com to let us know that you'd like a refund or store credit. Once the return is received and in perfect condition, we will issue your refund or credit. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days depending on bank. 

(Exception: Lingerie, Swimwear, & Clearance items can not be returned)
